God’s Poem of Beauty

The first poem of the Bible is found in Genesis 1:27. In Hebrew, it is composed of three lines of four words each.
vay-yivra ELOHIM et-hadam betsalmov
betsalem ELOHIM bara otov
zakar uneqevah bara otom
