What About the Sabbath?

There is a great deal of confusion in the Church – the Body of Christ regarding the Sabbath. Questions that must be asked include: What should the Christian position be regarding the 4th Commandment? Should the Christian observe the Sabbath? Should the Sabbath be on Sunday or Saturday? How should the Sabbath be observed in practice? Is Saturday the Jewish Sabbath and Sunday the Christian Sabbath?

Biblical adoption is not what you think it is. In his book “Redemption Accomplished and Applied” author John Murray details what ancient Roman adoption was like. John Murray defines adoption as a legal act. Desensitization and Corruption of Western Societies

What is wisdom? We cannot behave as wise people if we do not know what wisdom is. The apostle Paul tells us that we can be addressed as somebody who is wise. "Walk," he says, "not as fools but as wise; because you are wise, act as wise people." He tells us how this wisdom which is in us reveals itself; or we could say, we see the results to which this wisdom leads. It means that we have vision and can see the result of our actions. The Bible fundamentally says that the man who is not a child of God and who is not a Believer is ultimately a fool. "The fool has said in his heart that there is no God." The Christian life is the only sane life, according to the inspired written word of God. Today’s Differing Things looks at how the West is becoming the ultimate fool! It is critical that we recognize the great scope and tremendous emphasis the subject of resurrection has in the Word of God. It is from the beginning to the end of the divine revelation of Scripture. Since the fall, all things which are of God have their new beginning and vital value in and by the representative and inclusive resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

In the east, the donkey or ass has always played a much more important part amongus Westerners, and on that account we find it so frequently mentioned in the Bible. The question arises why did Jesus enter Jerusalem riding on an ass on Palm Sunday?
