2 Chronicles 7:14 contains a promise to heal the land if the people repent. We must ask ourselves is this a promise God is giving to all the nations of the earth or is it a promise to a very select nation. How does this verse apply in today's Dispensation of the Grace of God? Do not forget to follow us, and leave your comments. You can also follow us on Instagram, our thread is @differingthingspodcast

In today's world we must ask: "Does the resurrection of Jesus Christ matter?" "Does it truly make a difference?" The Apostle Paul sure thought so. In writing to the Corinthians, Paul was faced with the startling news that some in Corinth denied the future resurrection of the body. Death was the end. Not much has changed since the first century. Today, the same view is held by skeptics of the faith. How important is the resurrection of Jesus Christ? Do not forget to follow us, leave comments or give us a like. Paul's distrust of human centered ethics stems from his understanding of the human condition. With Adam humanity fell -- human fallenness meaning that people cannot always know and do what is right (Rom.3:10-11). They became slaves to sin (Rom.6:17-20). Their minds are blinded by the God of this eon (2 Cor.4:4). Thankfully, Paul lays out a Biblical ethic for the Body of Christ. It is a Christ centered ethic. How does this impact our thinking, and how does it impact our health care decisions? Do not forget to follow us, and leave your comments. You can also follow us on Instagram! The Apostle Paul creates much confusion among Pastors, teachers, and denominationalists. Were the 12 apostles lax in completing their commission so God had to raise up Paul? Did the 12 act in error when they ordained Matthias to replace Judas? What does the Word of God tell us about the twelve apostle's commission and His raising up of this new Apostle Paul?

The Greek word Gehenna is used twelve times in our New Testament. Typically, most English Versions translate the word as hell. Is this a good rendering? What do the Scriptures of the New Testament mean when it speaks of Gehenna? How should the word be understood? Often the phrase unquenchable fire is used when speaking of Gehenna. Does unquenchable mean non-ending? How does Jesus' sacrifice of Himself for sin impact any of this?

The Jennifer Crumbley conviction should send shivers down the spine of every Bible Believer. Once again, the United States of America has decided to ignore clear Bible teaching and replace that teaching with its new social order. We should be terrified of the consequences!
Differing Things
The BIBLE IS God's love letter written to us. The Bible tells us who we are, how we were made, how we were lost, and how we were purchased back When we spend time reading and thinking about the things which are written in the Bible, we change. The Bible is living. Consequently, we believe the Bible contains the answer to all of our societal ills, and a literal interpretation of it will resolve denominational divisions. At Differing Things we seek to expose errors in both religion and society and give the Biblical answers!
